The surface source blackbody radiation source/blackbody calibration furnace/blackbody infrared calibrator is the working standard for infrared radiation. It is widely used in the process testing and qualification testing of technical indicators in the development process of infrared detectors. It can achieve the uniformity of the photosensitive surface response of the infrared focal plane device. At the same time, the surface source blackbody radiation source, as the core equipment of the infrared imaging collimation device, cooperates with the infrared collimation optical system and infrared targets to complete the testing and performance evaluation of key technical indicators such as the infrared imaging system.
